US order tariff prepayment

This purchase will prepay the new 20% tariffs imposed by the US government for non US parcels. 
The amount will pay for the tariffs and handler fees, but not possible customs or shipping.
The product is non refundable since it’s part of the shipping process. 
The shipping+tariff costs are in no circumstance refundable and no changes can be made once the parcel is shipped nor do we have influence on when the parcel will arrive nor any policy changes incurring added costs at the door. This purchase does not exclude the parcel from customs charges from he border customs office. Placing the order will infer you have understood this and agree.
